Natureland Seal Sanctuary

Natureland isn’t just seals! There are lots more beautiful and amazing animals. Watch the amusing antics of the penguins, be amazed by the tropical butterflies, squirm at the reptiles and creepy crawlies, feed the goats in the Pets Corner and marvel at the beautiful tropical fish in the Aquarium. Enjoy watching the seals, penguins and baby seals being fed (usually around 11am and 3pm every day). Kids under 3 are free.

Based on the story and characters in Treasure Island, you will find the watery world of pirate adventures awaits you. This aquarium has lots of interactive sessions that include a touch pool, sunken hold and feed talk or a diver talk. Kids can ask divers questions and watch as they feed the animals swimming around them. Once you’ve finished your tour beneath the ocean there’s a soft play area for children, a gift shop and a café that serves tasty homemade treats.

Kids World

Kids’ World is an indoor play area located on the top floor of Lucky Strike Family Entertainment Centre. Inside the huge play area they have an area especially for the under 5s. Inside the main frame there is plenty to keep the children entertained for hours. From the snake slides, interactive i-play, ball pool, zip line and trampolines, fun is guaranteed. Parents can sit back and relax in the large seating area complete with café and enjoy a drink and snack from the extensive range on offer.

Enjoy Lincolnshires friendliest day out at the award winning Hardys Animal Farm. A real life working farm set in over 7 acres of countryside and just 10 minutes’ walk from the Ingoldmells beach. You can see pigs being born in a specially glazed breeding unit, and feed the goats, cattle also baby Lambs, Goats, Cows and Chicks being born throughout the year. The Village Church Farm

The Village Church Farm, Skegness is Lincolnshire’s only open air museum. A collection of Lincolnshire buildings which include a Grade II Listed Georgian Farmhouse which is decorated and furnished to a Victorian era. This venue is tucked away in the heart of Skegness and provides a family friendly site with interactive activities which includes feeding the chickens, storytelling, skittles, bug hunts, and dressing up. From May to September on the first Sunday of each month the “Victorian locals” take up residence in the buildings. Try your hand at making tiny horse shoes in the blacksmiths, rag rug making and visit the wood turners in their Bodger’s hovel. Admission to the museum is by donation.

Embassy Swimming Pool

At the Embassy Outdoor Swimming Pool you get the best of both worlds. In high season (June-September) you can make the most of the 25mtr heated outdoor pool, whereas when the sun goes in and the skies turn grey you can retreat back inside to another 25mtr pool along with a 33mtr flume to keep up with your love of the water.

Gibraltar Point Visitor Centre

Gibraltar Point is a dynamic stretch of unspoilt coastline running southwards from the edge of Skegness to the mouth of the Wash. In spring, when the first of the migrants stop off to refuel or establish territories. In summer, little terns may be seen fishing in the shallows and skylarks are in full song above the purple haze of the saltmarshes. In autumn, huge whirling flocks of waders can be seen on the high tides. And in winter, there brent geese, shorelark and snow bunting as well as flocks of redwing and fieldfare.

Seacroft Golf Club

Seacroft is a traditional links course with an out and back layout adjacent to the coast and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve with glorious views over the Wash to the Norfolk coast. The championship course plays host to several amateur championships but as a member’s owned club it also prides itself on being a family course.

The excellent course offering a challenge to all levels of golfer with its mixture of links and parkland holes set in two loops it is a par 71, 6214 yard golfer’s paradise.
